Unsubscribe from all emails

Guidance on how to stop receiving all system emails.

Users can unsubscribe to emails they receive via a link at the bottom of the email. If a user wants all emails to stop, this can be managed by in the Permissions function within the admin area.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. From the homepage, click your initials, then select Admin Area.

  2. Click the Permissions tab, then enter your client token and click LOAD.

  3. Inside manage user permissions, select Opt-out From All Emails.

  4. Select the relevant user or bulk upload multiple users.

  5. Click Confirm you understand the result of the action chosen to confirm.

Changes made in the permissions function are recorded in the logs at the bottom of the screen.
