Add coaches or administrators in Careers Centre Management

Guidance on how to add coaches or admin users.

Careers Centre Management (CCM) offers multiple levels of access, including coaches and administrators.

Follow the steps below to assign CCM admin access to a user.

  1. From the admin area, select Users

  2. Select Add New User.

  3. Select a Firm.

  4. Complete the form, ensuring Coach or Administrator is selected for Role as needed.

  5. Select other controls you wish the coach to have.

An Admin or Coach will then be created. They will have access to CCM and the Careers Centre (CC).

πŸ“Œ Note: The CC End date field on the form is the date their Careers Centre account will be deactivated. Their password to the Careers Centre Manager can be different to their Careers Centre password. If SSO is utilised, you will still need to create a Careers Centre Manager admin using the steps above and ensure the email address is the same as that being used in the Careers Centre.
