Assigning a contact to a coach allows you to easily pair individuals with the right support, ensuring personalised guidance.

This feature helps streamline your coaching process, improves communication, and ensures that each contact receives the attention they need. For example, if you have a new employee looking to develop specific skills, you can assign them to a coach who specialises in that area.

To assign a contact to a coach, follow the below steps.

  1. From the CCM, click the Contacts tab.

  2. Search for and select the relevant user.

  3. Click the relevant contact then click Edit.

  4. In the Assigned to field, select the relevant coach's name.
