There are nine templates to choose from for the description section of your awards, programme or task.
They offer a variety of styles and the option to include videos and images alongside your text. You can add Brightcove or Articulate videos (4x3 and 16x9) or YouTube videos.
To add videos follow the steps below.
Click Edit on the relevant award, programme or task.
Scroll down to the Description area of the page, you will see a menu bar at the top. Click Templates in the menu bar.
Select the video template from the following options.
Brightcove or Articulate Video (4x3) with LEFT aligned text
Brightcove or Articulate Video (4x3) with RIGHT aligned text
Brightcove or Articulate Video (16x9) with LEFT aligned text
Brightcove or Articulate Video (16x9) with RIGHT aligned text
YouTube Video with LEFT aligned text
YouTube Video with RIGHT aligned text
A blank video iframe and dummy text will be placed in the Description area.
Double click on the iframe area to open IFrame Properties
Enter the source URL of the video you want to add. These are part of the embed codes
Paste the URL into the URL text box, then click OK
Your video will have been added, to view this, save the content of your award, programme or tasks and use the Direct link button to preview the video.
