Add images to awards, programmes or tasks

Guidance on how to add a related image to an award, a programme or a task.

We've created nine templates to use for the description section of your awards, programme or task. They offer a variety of styles and the option to include videos and images alongside your text.

To add an image, follow the steps below.

  1. From the homepage, click your initials in the top right, then click Manage Tasks.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load.

  3. Click either Awards, Programmes or Tasks as required.

  4. Next to the relevant award, programme or task, click the pencil icon.

  5. Under Long description, click Templates then click either TEXT AND IMAGE (LEFT) or TEXT AND IMAGE (RIGHT) as needed.

  6. Double click the dummy image that appears then click the Upload tab.

  7. Click Choose file then search for and select the image.

  8. Click Send it to the Server then select the relevant image dimensions.

  9. Click OK.

πŸ€“ Tip: When you create an award, thumbnail images don't display on the award landing page but you can use these in future communications to your users about the award.
