If you have our e-learning hub product then you have the opportunity to engage users through a weekly email newsletter.

The learning recommendations newsletter contains six e-learning hub resources, curated specifically for your users, based on their activities in the last three months. If a user has completed six or more activities in the e-learning hub, we generate recommendations based on their top three topics.

If users have accessed five activities or less in the last three months, they will be sent six of our carefully pre-selected e-learning resources.

Any resources already completed by the user and any that are excluded based on your Career Centre and theme level settings, will be excluded when the email is generated.

Information in this article relates to the weekly recommendations newsletter. Please see relevant guidance for information on the career week newsletter.
