Guidance on how to remove or make changes to an existing job.

Delete a job

If you no longer want a job to be active to users you can disable or delete the job.

To disable a job without deleting it, you can set the end date to a past date.

⚠️ Important: All reporting data will also be removed if you delete a job.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. Go to the admin area and select Manage Jobs.

  2. Enter your Client token and select Load jobs.

  3. On the Jobs page, search for the relevant job then click Delete.

  4. On the confirmation page, click Delete.


Edit a job

After creating a job, you can edit the details as needed. You can view your updates by selecting the job on the Jobs page.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. Go to the admin area and select Manage Jobs.

  2. Enter your Client token and select Load jobs.

  3. On the Jobs page, search for the relevant job then click Edit.

  4. Update the job details as needed, then select Save.
