Each user has a unique ID tied to their account. For clients using SSO (single sign-on) integration, this ID is crucial for logging in with organisation credentials.
If the Unique ID is incorrect, the SSO login will fail, and the user will encounter a 501 error. In this case, you’ll need to update the unique ID.
To do this, please raise a case, providing the following information.
User’s name.
User's email address.
