Completing a programme action requires a user to complete the resource in full.

Below are some common reasons why an actions cannot complete.

  • The resource was not completed in full. You can check a userโ€™s progress through a resource in the activity reports of your platform.

  • A video resource was watched with an increased speed. If a user increases the speed that the video plays at (ie. 2X speed up), the resource will not complete. The video must be watched in full at the normal speed.

  • The action was created in the Programme Manager to include a note. If this option is ticked against the action, the user will need to add text to add a note, found under the resource in the e-learning hub. Please ensure this option is not against the action in the Programme Manager.
