Completing a programme action requires a user to complete the resource in full.
Below are some common reasons why an actions cannot complete.
The resource was not completed in full. You can check a user’s progress through a resource in the activity reports of your platform.
A video resource was watched with an increased speed. If a user increases the speed that the video plays at (ie. 2X speed up), the resource will not complete. The video must be watched in full at the normal speed.
The action was created in the Programme Manager to include a note. If this option is ticked against the action, the user will need to add text to add a note, found under the resource in the e-learning hub. Please ensure this option is not against the action in the Programme Manager.
