Edit dashboard panels

Customise the tiles on the homepage.

In Theme Manager, you can edit the dashboard panels, images and sub-menus displayed in the Career Centre.

To do this, follow the relevant steps below.

Add a panel

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. ​​​​​Click Add New Panel then, on the new panel, click the pencil icon.

  5. Enter the relevant details then click Save.

  6. Click Save All.


Edit a panel

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. On the relevant panel, click the pencil icon then make the necessary changes.

  5. Click Save then click Save All.


Upload your own image

If you need to upload an image from your PC, follow the steps below.

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. On the relevant panel, click the pencil icon then click Upload Image.

  5. Click Choose File then search for and select the relevant image.

  6. If required, crop the image then click Crop & Save.

  7. Click Save then click Save All.


Set a panel as a button

You can turn a dashboard panel into a single button with a single URL, this switches off the panel menu.

To do this, follow the steps below.

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. On the relevant panel, click the pencil icon then select Set panel as a button.

  5. Enter the relevant URL then click Save.

  6. Click Save All.


Hide or unhide a panel

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. On the relevant panel, click the eye icon to hide or unhide it.

  5. Click Save All.


Delete a panel

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. On the relevant panel, click X then click OK.

  5. Click Save All.


Reorder the panels

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. Drag and drop the panels into the relevant order then click Save All.


Add a panel sub-menu item

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. On the relevant panel, click the edit related panel items icon then click Add new item.

  5. Enter the name and URL then click Save.

  6. Click Save All.


Edit a panel sub-menu item

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. On the relevant panel, click the edit related panel items icon.

  5. Next to the relevant menu item, click the pencil icon then make the necessary changes.

  6. Click Save then click Save All.


Delete a panel sub-menu item

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. On the relevant panel, click the edit related panel items icon.

  5. Next to the relevant menu item, click X then click OK.

  6. Click Back then click Save All.


Reorder a panel sub-menu

  1. From the admin area, click Manage Themes.

  2. Enter your client token then click Load Themes.

  3. Click the relevant theme then click the Dashboard - Panels tab.

  4. On the relevant panel, click the edit related panel items icon.

  5. Drag and drop the menu items into the relevant order then click Back.

  6. Click Save All.
