Manage articles in the Newsroom

Guidance on how to add articles or hide topic areas in the Newsroom.

Add articles to the Newsroom

  1. From the admin area, click Manage News.

  2. Enter your client token and click Load.

  3. Click Add News, then use the template to enter article details.

  4. Read and accept terms, then click Save.

  5. Turn on the Active toggle, then click Publish.

The article will appear about an hour after you publish.

The date dictates the order in which the articles will appear in the newsroom, with most recent at the top.

If the article is dated during the week before a given Friday in the future, the article will be added to the career week distribution for that Friday.


Hide topic areas in the Newsroom

You can manage the content added to your newsletter through the Manage News tab in the admin area.

To do this, follow the below steps.

  1. Enter your client token then click Load News

  2. Deselect any unwanted tags, then click Save

If you want to remove a specific upcoming article, deselect the article from the list under Manage News.
