To create an award, follow the steps below.
From the admin area, click Manage Tasks.
Enter your client token then click Load.
Click Awards then click Create Award.
Complete the form then click Create.
Add the relevant programmes, tasks and actions then turn on the Publish this Award toggle.
Publish an award
Once you create an award, in order for users to view it, you need to publish it.
To do this, follow the steps below.β
π Note: Before you can follow these steps, you need to ensure any programmes linked to the award have at least one task assigned. We also recommend you check you've assigned the correct programmes, tasks and actions as you can't change these once you publish the award.
From the admin area, click Manage Tasks.
Enter your client token then click Load Tasks.
Click Award then, next to the relevant award, click Edit.
Toggle on Publish this Award then ensure the audience is correct if you've added a welcome message.
Click Update & Publish then click the share icon
Click External Link.
The external link to the award automatically copies to your clipboard, so you can send this to the relevant users.
Preview award
Preview your Award to ensure that you are happy with the way it looks and will be presented to your users before you publish your award.
On the Task Manager homepage, click Awards.
Click Direct Link on the grid next to the award and click the link provided to view the Award in a new tab.
This displays the Award exactly as users will see it. It doesn't publish the Award.
π Note: Only administrators will be able to view this if the Award/Programme is not yet published
Reorder Programmes in an award
On the Task Manager homepage, click on Awards
Click Edit next to the Award you wish to Manage
Click on the Programmes tab
Use the drag and drop feature to order the Programmes in the Award.
Click Update to save your changes
