Interactions with Contacts are added to the CCM by adding a note against the Contact.
To do this, follow the relevant steps below.
Add a note
In the CCM, search and select a Contact using the Search bar.
On the Contact Profile page, click Add Note.
Enter the interaction details in the fields presented.
Record email interaction
To add email interactions you will need to copy and paste the email interaction in the note description box or save the email on your PC and attach the email file to the note. If an email file is attached to a note, the contents won't be included in reports.
Note types
Note types can be changed in the administration tab of the CCM.
Note tasks
Notes can be assigned as tasks. This task will be for a fellow admin or coach, not a user. The person assigned a task in this manner will be informed of the task on the CCM dashboard.

The value entered in time spent appears in the following reports.
