AI Credits are used to power AI Feedback for mock interviews in Interview 360.
If enabled on a mock interview, AI Feedback analyses a learner's responses within an interview and provides scores on their body language, communication and speech, camera positioning and video quality. Learners can review their interview and see tips on how they can improve.
Each completed mock interview will consume an AI Credit available to your organisation.
To learn more about AI Feedback and AI Credits follow the steps below.
To view and manage AI Credits on your platform follow the steps below:
Click your initials at the top right of the screen to access the admin area.
Click Interview 360.
Enter your client token and click Load.
Scroll down until the AI Feedback for Central Interviews toggle is visible.
Here you will be able to view how many AI Credits are available on your site.
Switching this toggle off will prevent all mock interviews on your platform from being able to utilise the AI Feedback tool.
To purchase more credits, contact your Customer Success Manager or Account manager, who can log a request on your behalf. They can assign these credits to your overall platform, or can assign them to particular themes, allowing you to restrict who is able to consume AI credits.
