Access Learning Skills is your new AI powered solution to driving skill development in your organisation.

Once enabled on your site, users will be able to log in and start building career focused skills, driving their own development. By completing and returning to skills training, users will be able to build confidence, measuring their progress each time they train themselves.

You can grant users access to this product from the Members area of Access Evo. They will then be able to access it using the Access Button.

Selecting Skills

When logging in for the first time, users will be prompted to select the skills they want to work towards. Once selected, their dashboard will be populated with these skill cards, showing the skill name and their rating, based on their progression.

User dashboard

The user dashboard includes a number of features, helping them to keep on top of their development.

  • Users will be able to start or continue working on the skills they have opted into. They can add new skills or remove them if no longer needed.

  • The current level tile marks the user's progression so far, awarding a score based on how they rated themselves for the skills they have completed.

  • Your Latest Sessions allows uses to return to activities they have previously completed

Skills pages

When users click on a skill card, they will be taken to the applicable skills page. This includes a number of elements focused on that skill:

  • Skills pages are made up of pillars that contain activities related to that training element. Users can click on these to launch, or retrain themselves on that pillar.

  • Users will be able to measure their progress using the Your Average Score and Your Confidence tiles to see how they have progressed on that skill. This tracks their average score across all their completed training, and how this has increased or decreased over time.

  • Quick Tips includes useful video resources that support user development for that skill.

Complete training

After clicking on a pillar, users will be taken to the training page, where they will face prompts related to that pillar.

  • Users then complete training by recording themselves addressing those prompts. During this training, they receive helpful prompts before rating how well they felt they addressed key points.

  • AI feedback then analyses their responses, providing useful feedback based on four key metrics. Users can then rate their confidence and knowledge following the session.

  • By completing and repeating training sessions, users will see these scores increase as they build expertise and experience.
