Learners in Access Careers Centre and Access Learning Skills select the skills they would like to develop. These skills are organised into categories, with each skill containing pillars that focus on specific elements of that competency. Each pillar contains multiple prompts where learners record responses, receive AI feedback, and track their progress as their scores improve through repeated practice.
Administrators can create custom skills, pillars, and prompts that align with your organisation's training needs.
