We’ve listened to your feedback on Grow 🎨
We’re incredibly grateful for all the insightful feedback we received from our clients who joined Learning Labs and took the time to review our new Grow tool.
As a result of your comments, we've given Grow a visual refresh that is more in line with the rest of the new Careers Centre platform and uses modern, professional imagery.
The redesigned tool now features a cleaner dashboard layout, with a customisable header at the top. It also pulls in the colours you choose in the Dashboard Manager for a consistent look and feel.
Last but not least, we’ve added a helpful Smart Menu, which you can use to add links to resources to further support your users’ learning. To add items to the Grow Smart Menu, simply navigate to the Dashboard Manager and add your links to the Grow section in the Navigation tab.
We’ve updated our support resources to reflect the changes to the Grow product. Here are some helpful resources to help you get started with the tool:

Introducing Grow Creator ✨
We're excited to announce Grow Creator - the admin tool that gives you complete control over your training content within Grow.
Create training that's truly tailored to your organisation:
Edit existing categories, skills and pillars (this includes renaming them)
Build new ones from the ground up
Choose which content your learners see as part of skills and training sessions and add your own resources
Customise the Grow headline to reflect your brand
The Grow Creator allows you to design role-playing scenarios where users can practise the skills that matter most - from networking confidently, to delivering presentations and navigating challenging workplace conversations. They'll record themselves responding to your custom prompts, building muscle memory so they can face these scenarios in real life with confidence.
How to access Grow Creator
A new tile in the admin area will become available, whether you’ve gone live with the new version of Careers Centre or not, so you can start building your custom training whenever you want.
