Create an event
From the homepage, click the Events tile.
Click Create Event, then complete the form.
Click Save.
Create recurring events
From the homepage, click the Events tile.
Click Create Event, then complete the form.
Under the repeat event label, enter the number of additional events to add to your event.
Under the repeat on label, select the day of the week the event will take place.
Complete the remainder of the form and click Save
Your event will be created and available for users in the CCM to book. Any invited attendees will receive an email.
Edit an event
Go on the CCM and click on the Events tab
On the left-hand navigation, click on My Events
Select a Firm from the dropdown list to display a list of events
Search for the Event you wish to update by using the Filter by option
Click on the Event title
Update event details in the form provided
Untick the checkbox 'Update all future recurring events' to update a single event.
Click Save
Edit recurring events
Go on the CCM and click on the Events tab
On the left-hand navigation, click on My Events
Select a Firm from the dropdown list to display a list of events
Search for the Event you wish to update by using the Filter by option
Click on the Event title
Update event details in the form provided
Make sure the checkbox titled 'Update all future recurring events' is selected.
Your updated event(s) will be available for users to book on to.
