From 30 October 2025 Access Careers Centre will begin its upgrade rollout. This article covers frequently asked questions to help you plan and complete the upgrade successfully.

Who can complete the upgrade? | The Super Administrator is able to access the Go Live button and complete the upgrade. If you don’t already have a Super Admin assigned, you will need to assign one before starting. |
How do I assign a Super Admin? | You’ll receive an email with a form and an Intercom survey where you can nominate your Super Admin. Please use these channels to submit your nomination. If you're a premier customer, your Customer Success representative has already completed this step for your organisation. The Super Admin will be the only person able to complete the upgrade, helping prevent it from being triggered by mistake. |
What changes on 30 October? | The Learning Labs banner in your admin dashboard will be replaced with an Upgrade banner. Click Get Started to open the Dashboard Manager, where the Go Live button will be available for the Super Admin. |
Can other admins access the Dashboard Manager? | Yes. All admins can access the Dashboard Manager and edit available themes, but only the Super Admin can click Go Live. |
What is included in the upgrade? | The upgrade provides a redesigned dashboard, improved platform navigation, and access to Grow, our upskilling tool, if included in your package. |
Will users see changes immediately? | No, users won’t see any changes until the Super Admin clicks Go Live. You can take your time to prepare and test before making the switch. |
Can I revert to the old UI after going live? | No, once you go live, the change is permanent. You should ensure that your dashboards are fully set up before completing the upgrade. |
What do I need to check before going live? | Use the checklist to confirm the following.

What happens after going live? | All users will move to the upgraded platform. Any changes made after going live will be visible to both admins and learners in real time. |
What’s the deadline to upgrade? | You will need to complete the upgrade by July 2026. |
How will the product overhaul affect data and reporting? | As part of our product overhaul, data and reporting are being updated, beginning with our new products. At this time, the Dashboard, Missions, and Grow tool don’t include reporting, but all existing products will retain their current functionality. If this impacts your Go Live plans, you may wish to wait until the product has been further developed and can fully meet your needs. |
