Customise the appearance of Access Careers Centre

Guidance on customising the appearance of Access Careers Centre after upgrading.

You can customise your Access Careers Centre site to align with your organisation’s brand identity. This includes adjusting colours and adding logos.

📌 Note: The below customisation options for the the appearance of your site are only available after upgrading. If you've yet to upgrade, please follow the relevant guidance.

Administrators can customise the appearance of the site by accessing the admin area.

To customise your site appearance watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. From the admin area, click the relevant theme.

  2. Click the Appearance tab.

You can then customise the appearance of your site. The table below highlights the options available. Click Save to apply any changes made.

Make it yours

This affects the colour scheme used for buttons, tiles and key menus across Access Careers Centre.

Click the tile that you'd like to apply as a colour scheme. Alternatively, click Custom. Then use the colour picker and hexcode to choose a custom colour scheme to apply to your site.

You'll be able to preview changes using the overlay on the right side.

Click Confirm to apply it.

Reorder or rename

This is where you can rename, move or hide different sections from the learner homepage.

Click and drag the sections to reorder them as you'd like them to appear.

Use the toggle to hide or make sections visible on the learner homepage.

Click the pencil icon next to a section to rename it.

Add your company logo

This will add your company branding to the top of the page for users.

Drag and drop an image file into the tile, or click on it to browse your device to find the image you would like to upload.

Note: For best results, upload an image with dimensions of 250 x 40 px. This should be a .png or .svg image with a transparent background.
