From 30 October 2025, Access Careers Centre will begin its upgrade rollout. This update introduces a redesigned interface of the learner dashboard, improved navigation across the platform, and access to Grow, our upskilling tool. These changes are designed to help users find what they need more easily and give administrators more control over dashboard setup and management.

You can upgrade at any time between 30 October 2025 and July 2026, giving you time to prepare your organisation’s site before going live. Ongoing development is planned during this period.

All administrators will have access to the dashboard manager and can edit the available themes. However, only the assigned super admin will see the Go Live button and be able to complete the upgrade.

⚠️Important: Once you go live, you won’t be able to switch back to the old UI. Make sure your dashboards are fully set up before completing the upgrade. Your users won’t see any changes until you go live, any changes made after going live will be visible to admins and learners in real time.

To start the go live process watch the video or follow the steps below.

  1. Open the admin dashboard and click Get Started in the go live banner.

  2. You’ll enter the new dashboard manager area. Use the checklist below to confirm the following details.

    • You are happy with your dashboards and have customised them to meet your needs.

    • All audiences and groups are accounted for and assigned to their respective dashboards.

    • All links from your old dashboards are included in your new dashboards.

    • You are happy with your default and alumni selections in dashboard manager.

    • You understand this release is part of an ongoing enhancement process, with features like tracking and reporting for Missions and Grow planned for future releases.

  3. Once all checklist items are confirmed, the super admin can click Go Live.
